The 2005 Ezzy Skinny Mast has an new look and we have increased the strength by 10% over past years masts. These masts give you the confidence in radical conditions... they just don't break! The low breakage percentage of the mast is a perfect partner to the Ezzy Sail line, which are heralded as the most durable sails available. Weight conscious sailors will love their feather lightweight and narrow diameter for grip. This lightweight design (400cm is 3.5 lbs. and 91% carbon content) is partially what makes these masts to have a shockingly noticeable performance. These new masts will feature a full one-year warranty (including wave sailing conditions).

Ezzy offers a complete line of these "RDM" or "skinny" masts, ranging from 340cm up to 490cm. The Ezzy mast has a small diameter from top throughout the bottom. Personally involved in its development, David Ezzy has found mast nirvana, "It sails like a dream, it's light, unbreakable" and "everyone who tries one wants one".

The real feature of this mast is its versatility. Tops and bottoms can be combined for different lengths. Ezzy sells the tops and bottoms separately and encourages people to buy only what they need to dial their sails in perfectly. The improved Ezzy Mast system is 100% compatible with the previous year Ezzy Masts. This means you can use an older Ezzy mast bottom or top with a new generation bottom or top without any trouble. Incidentally, it is also compatible with the Powerex and Simmer RDM mast line.

The Ezzy mast comes with an easy to use boom shim. Talk to your local dealer about a skinny dedicated mast extension, or conversion parts to convert your existing mast extension to work with skinny masts.

The Ezzy Sails are widely tested on standard and reduced diameter masts, and work perfectly well, but if you are looking for the perfect blend of performance and durability for Wave, Bump and Jump or even Slalom conditions, the RDM mast system is is the way to go. The Ezzy Skinny masts work FANTASTIC on the Infinity Series !
